How We Work
PressureTrace is a referral service, not a plumbing contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. Every state page sets out who licenses plumbers there and where to check, so you can confirm before work begins. We do not perform plumbing work, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call.
You call the number and tell us your ZIP code and what is happening. We check it against partner coverage and connect you to an independent contractor working that area. If nobody covers your ZIP, we say so immediately.
How routing is decided
On coverage and partner bids — not on any quality ranking. We do not rank, score or review contractors, and we publish no ratings, because we are not in a position to assess anyone's work.
What we will not do
- We do not charge homeowners.
- We do not perform plumbing work.
- We do not promise a particular contractor, price or arrival time.
