Checking a credential in Missouri

Missouri has no state plumbing board. Section 341.010 of the Revised Statutes requires a certificate for plumbers working in cities or towns of fifteen thousand or more inhabitants, and the chapter elsewhere recognizes licenses issued by any county or city operating under plumbing rules, so the office that issued one is a local office.
